Do You Work Well Under Pressure?


Today’s work force centers on meeting deliverables, deadlines and getting things done.  We have a competitive advantage to maintain.

What happens when people on your team do not fulfill commitments?  For whatever reason, they flake.

Do you find yourself short staffed and personally take on more than your share of responsibility?  Does it feel like a soggy potato chip?

The essence of the Serenity Prayer says do what you can do and the rest will take care of itself.  Is your project worth a personal price in terms of increased stress and possible health issues?

When under deadlines, personal or corporate, sometimes it’s best to slow down, create a new list of priorities and refocus.  The more anxious you are, the more likely you are to make a mistake or drop the ball.  Is there anyone to whom you can delegate? 


Take care of yourself.  In other words, regularly exercising, meditating and eating well, allow you to always perform at your best.
